Securitisations and other structured finance are growing specialisations for the Hammonds' banking team.

We act mainly for originators in transactions involving a wide range of asset classes, such as residential mortgages, equipment leases, hire purchase agreements and trade receivables. Much of this employs our extensive skills and experience in the receivables financing and leasing businesses. As many of these products are tax based, we also work closely with our tax colleagues.
