Our Banking team has considerable experience advising banks and other financial institutions as well as corporate clients in relation to their own debt funding and treasury arrangements. We have strong teams in each of our UK offices.

We advise on a full range of corporate funding transactions, from modest bilateral corporate debt facilities to substantial syndicated credits and subordinated loans. In addition, we regularly advise on guarantee facilities, derivatives, cash pooling and structured products.

In addition to drafting and negotiating both bespoke and bank standard loan and security documentation, we handle the negotiations with the mezzanine lender and, either directly or through our local offices, co-ordinate the variety of foreign elements in any transaction to deliver a complete, efficient service to clients.
