Our Expertise Construction Construction Disputes Construction arbitration
Construction arbitration:   News     Events     Publications     People     Offices     Links     FAQs

Many of the larger and more complex construction disputes with which we are involved are resolved by arbitration. We have an enviable reputation for our experience and ability to advise on such disputes.

We conduct arbitrations on behalf of substantial employer clients (both public and private), contractors and sub-contractors.

In all cases, we approach dispute resolution in arbitration proceedings in the same way we approach all dispute resolution, namely a comprehensive early assessment of the overall legal claim position and a rigorous analysis of the likely commercial cost/benefit scenarios relating to the claims, with the appropriate costs protection being put in place.

We are familiar with all the various arbitration rules in use in the industry, and have particular experience of ICC and LCIA arbitrations. For interlocutory applications and some smaller hearings, we can offer meeting/hearing rooms in our own offices.
